Founded in 2019, Mosaic Medical Center for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer+ Health and Wellness is a health provider in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

Building on the foundation of parent agency AIDS Care Group, which was founded in 1998 to serve the needs of an underserved population of people living with HIV in Chester, PA, Mosaic Medical Center was created to advance health and social services for LGBTQ+ community living in and around Delaware County.
