Mosaic Medical provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS Care, prevention education, and supportive services. From the point of entry into care, a care-coordinated treatment plan is developed to suit to meet the patient’s needs.
These services include:
- Rapid HIV testing
- Antiretroviral Therapy
- STI testing and treatment
- Screening for Hepatis C
- Primary medical care including vaccinations
- Reproductive health
- Gynecological Care
- Referrals to OB for prenatal care
- Annual mammograms in partnership with FOX Chase
- Medication adherence counseling, AIDS Drug Assistance
- Program (ADAP), and in-house pharmacy services
- Case Management and housing counseling
- Transportation assistance to medical appointments
- Support groups
- Psychological care
- Nutritional education and counseling
- Food Pantry
- Daily lunches for our clients
- Acupuncture
- Clothing distribution depending on availability
